How To Have Fresh Stock Anytime

Below you can read how to have fresh stock anytime. You know the supermarket chicken and veggie stocks are bad for you - there is so much chemicals in them that I would hardly buy any although they make the meals taste delicious!

So what to do? Here is my option for fresh and healthy chicken stock alternative:

When you buy chicken just get the whole thing, yes not thighs or chicken breast but the the whole chicken and boil it in a big pot. After it is boiled take it out and cut it into one meal portions. The boiling water is your healthy and natural chicken stock! 

How to use it? I guess you already have all the tools at home - you just need a freezer and an ice form. Wait for the chicken stock to cool down and use the ice form to freeze it into cubes. This way every time you cook a meal you can pop one of the chicken stock blocks in it and have a real delicious chicken taste, and also healthy fat for your meal!
