Today I want to give you an unusual gift idea that is completely aligned with my interests, and I hope yours too.
I just love comics and caricatures of every kind. I kept this exact idea for today because it is national comics book day. So Happy Day Geeky Friends!
Back to my idea - get someone draw a caricature of your friend, boyfriend, sister or why not your whole family. You can find caricaturists in your local art school or center or online (like anything nowadays).
Then choose a nice and representative picture of the receiver of the gift, get it drawn and framed and there you have it - unforgettable, unusual and super fun gift!
It gets even better - get your whole family to take a picture (if you already have a family portrait it will be even easier, and you can make it into a surprise) and have a caricature family portrait. Just hang in your living room and enjoy the amazed guests!
