Unusual Home Ideas - Marshmallow Cake

Hey, there!

I am Tonka from pEri!x - the ONLINE SHOP for unusual paper gifts, jewelry, Zippos, and more!

I am writing this today to give you a ice-cream marshmallow whipped cream cake that I discovered lately. So many nice things in once, don't you think?

So this cake is super easy, cheaper than ice-cream (at least here in Turkey, it was much cheaper to make this than to buy a huge box of ice-cream) and children will just looooove it!

So here is what you need:

1) Whipped cream - ready or whipped by you, doesn't matter, just make sure it is really creamy and not sturdy - about 4 cups (but it depends on the consistency you want)
2) Marshmallow biscuits - chocolate coated work best, but I have done it with coconut ones as well, again it all depends on your imagination - about 250-300 gr

So the technology is simple - crash the biscuits into small chunks, but bigger than breadcrumbs, and mix well with the whipped cream with a spoon. Do not use the mixer because the biscuits will turn to dust!

Put the mix - should not be leaky, but puffy - in a cake form and freeze it for at least 1 hour. Then take it out and cut it as a cake - an ice-cream cake. It is sweet enough so we don't add sugar or anything but it goes just awesome with

3) Strawberry ice-cream toping.

Enjoy! It will be finished before you have a chance to taste it ;)

Let me know if you tried, I am curious how it worked with ingredients out of Turkey.

Meanwhile, visit my funky gift shop online, HERE.

Cheers and have an unforgettable weekend!

Tonka
