Funny Gift Idea

Weekend is here and I am in the fun mood! So today I will give you a pranky funny gift idea!

So here is my idea - delay your gift! The best gift is the one which is a surprise. The delaying technique is one that my husband likes to use on me. It works like that - you give nothing at all, to give a lot more than expected later. 

He does it even with dinner plans - says he will be busy late at work and then bam! he comes home early and takes me out for a fancy dinner. It is really effective!

So when the occasion approaches ask your loved ones what they would like for it as a gift and promise to get it. So they will expect that on the day. After that get a simple gift like a book or a mug for the occasion and buy the original gift and hide it.

On the occasion just act as if the book or mug is the gift and nothing happened. If they ask, just say you forgot about the other gift or something. Then it is up to you how much to wait until you give the real gift. 

The morning after is with the greatest effect. In this way the receiver will know you didn't actually forget and it was a joke. Just look at the surprise and excitement in their eyes and you will know it was worth it!
