The Dishwasher Saga Is Over

Actually, I have to apologize but today's idea is not really unusual. It is so usual that I actually started and stopped writing about 3 times.

But, in the end, this is a solution to a big problem, so I decided to share it with you.

The Dishwasher Saga Is Over

Yes, I accept congratulations because my disgusting dishwasher is fixed. If you remember from my previous posts I had a huge problem (huge, because I just hate doing the dishes) with a dishwasher which was not washing the dishes.

So after I tried everything alternative, like bleach, vinegar, etc. I decided to try the classics.

I dissembled almost the whole machine and I saw a hard white residue all over the parts. It was clear that this has been collecting there because of the lime in the water. I used machine cleaner 3 times on full cycle until all of it was gone from the machine. Then I bought the best dishwasher salts available and since I am using them for a couple of times already, I have had the cleanest and shiniest glasses again!

I am so genuinely happy, really, my dishes are clean, and I am mostly happy because my dishwasher is fixed and it doesn't need an expensive repair.

So bottom line today - sometimes usual is better than unusual. Just make sure you try the unusual first :)
